PANGAEA® Data Publisher for Earth & Environmental Science

 

PANGAEA® is the long-term archive for expedition and post-expedition scientific data resulting from Mission Specific Platform (MSP) expeditions of the Integrated Ocean Drilling Program (IODP). MSP expeditions are conducted by the ECORD Science Operator (ESO) on behalf of IODP. 

 

PANGAEA® is an information system for processing, long-term storage, and publication of heterogeneous georeferenced data related to earth and life sciences. PANGAEA® is member of the ICSU World Data System.

 

PANGAEA® is operated by the Centre for Marine Environmental Sciences (MARUM, Bremen, Germany) and the Alfred Wegener Institute for Polar and Marine Research (AWI, Bremerhaven, Germany).
